no more practices
i managed to get past the auditions for RISE! to cBw's "surprise", my intonation was good :P... yay, but i'll be playing the viola. well, not that hard to grasp... but rite now, the viola is with cBw, so no practice for about 1-2 weeks... and controversially, i found Mr Sze a rather pleasant man. =D
performed at Tiong Bahru CC last night... it was bad... seriously bad... we were not playing in harmony at all for eine kleine.>.< and someone made a wrong entry for Kanon, really embarrassing, cos it was damn loud... not me lar*defensive*. haha.
today's performance was at Sokka's(pardon me if the spelliung is incorrect) Centre in Tampines. Sokka is supposed to be some Japanese religion. also a form of Buddhism. and Jeff Wong, the gues speaker, is very devout, due to some mishaps in his childhodod years. heh. but i have to say that there was a great improvement in our standard today... i think u can contribute it the the 2-hour practice in the morning. yay!
watching this movie on Channel 5 rite now.. "Cast Away"... pretty interesting movie about this man who's stranded on this island. and has survived for 4 years, wow! and his onli companion is this volleyball, with a face painted with blood, and he's named Wilson! =D and rite now, he's building a raft to get back to Civilisation. wow!
