argh... spiccato
CEC Investiture... congratulations, Ying Jie, Aaron and Sasi! ^^ do 2H proud!!! =D
and so i was a prize steward alongside Theodore. and there were some distractions buzzing about in my pcoket... Nicholas? Bryan? cbw? xp... and the both of us will hav to do the same thing tmr for the sec 1s... well, congrats... and i'm quite happy about the stting up of a level committee. this will definitely provide a better channel of feedback for each cohort, as they can respond directly to them. and this will hopefully, make things more efficient! =) and i feel the CEC from our class this year has surely been ather effective in carrying out the duties.. well done, and keep it up! =)
went for RISE... was lagging behind completely.. firstly, i'm not completely familiarised with the clef... >.< it took Jon Koh 6 months.. but i sure can't afford that now that i'm under Mr Sze personally.. and if i wish to take my Grade 7 viola, which is held in September i think... hopefully, i'll be ready by then. cos' there's something seriously wrong with my bow movement... my wrist's damn damn stiff. and it's proving difficult in doing spiccato... okay, let's not mention spiccato. even tremolo... i dun think i can do it as effectively as people wiv good bow movement, like Rui Heng.. or *cough* Jian Yang? i just gotta correct that. and i believe i'll be able to. if i work really hard under Mr Sze. sure... i might not possess much talent... but i'll make up for it with hard work.. which i've not been really doing in the past years.. and i regret it now.... grrrr.... really working hard now!
and iv'e stopped practising today after obly abt an hour... i can't stand the way i'm playin. argh! if i had not kept it, i'd have hammered it... damn frustrated.... =(
anw, Yin Wei simply ROCKS!!! wo0t! well done! i'm confident u can get into semis!!! =DDD jiayous!!!!
